Maughan chiaroscuro technique shows a well-regarded classic illustrations , which produces very good results in the drawing practices for many of them . Although the book is about portraits, but the theme principles can apply to anything, you draw, and because the tonal value is the only thing that should be suitable for realistic
images ,this is the main advantage of this book,This book could be helpful to ,Who has a special focus on common problems and deals with it in a moderate depth it is a document from which to work, not just for fun

You can get an ability on rectifying the mistakes . As an experience artist with a preference for accuracy ,I found Maughan coherent and convincing approach help me, because it reinforce some of the directions in which I was weak.Carbothello pencils techinques are great for drawing. Few Words About This Book :
The book has lots of useful information and good art. In recent years, Wang has written several books on drawing. "Drawing pen" a more deliberate attempt to tech even to a lay man .It mainly discuss with the topic "depth and perspective" with the theme very well, better than most picture books I've seen.Pencil Drawing really is about landscape and architectural drawing. But in this one , It has great pictures with wonderful sketches all around

It mainly discuss on the technique sketching physically and also a normal style that also suitable for a quick landscape or even plant sketches.they are given with detailed explanations of each and every example and the shades to create impression deals in depth and to say the best, the last chapter deals with the examples of wang's design-even without the text this book has a lot of information if we observe.

But the real advantage is that inspired many of them to draw again - a skill that most of them frequently have not used in the last ten or fifteen years. This is a ones bible , because it showed to many how to do and then shown examples of how the work is done by expert. This beautiful pictures and include a variety of techniques: to a pencil, line, composition , how to hold values and shading, etc. to get you through writer to create specific elements: landforms, trees, water, and more.

Life Like Drawing with Lee Hammond

Format : PDF
Pages : 160

Few Words About This Book :I found this book is very easy to follow and a must for any novice artist who likes to paint! It helped to most of them a lot in understanding how to use drawing
tools, and this is the book that is recommend by various artist in pencil sketching,it is only for those who want to see the picture in different angle to give vivid picture of there ideas.

Hammond technique by using a 2B pencil is to create value , and then smudge and smear your way to success. Every artist - for the start of drawing / art - knows that the "stain smear" is drawing anathema. This technical effort deprives students of opportunities to develop skills in value creation, understanding the contours of objects due to the play of light and shadow

While Ms Hammond works of art is sometimes a little too soft-edged and "done" for my taste, I found his simple explanations and exercises to be extremely useful. I think that is a great teacher, probably the author provides clear instructions on various topics - from the drawing objects crashed into the glass in the production and presentation of the technical architecture
